Billing questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan has no time limit and no credit card requirement. It's a genuine free tier, not a trial.
What happens after the 7-day Pro trial?
You choose whether to continue. If you don't upgrade, your account simply moves to the Starter plan — nothing is charged automatically without your confirmation.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer student pricing?
Yes — verified students get 40% off the Pro plan. Just contact us with your student email or ID and we'll apply it.
How do team seats work?
You're billed per active seat, per month, with a minimum of five seats. You can add or remove seats as your team changes and only pay for what you use.
